1. The kit shall be despatched only after receiving complete payment from the buyer.

2. Despatch of kit shall be done within 4 to 8 working days from our end, unless expressed otherwise.(Current pandemic situation might affect the date of delivery)

3. We reserve the right to execute or refuse any request of purchase from buyer without specifying any reason.

4. In case of refusal of order / failure to dispatch the kit from our end, complete payment shall be refunded to the buyer’s account within 10 working days.

5. Buyer is requested to mention complete detailed address, pin code, landmark and 2 contact numbers for timely and confirm delivery.

6. In case of non – delivery of material due to any reason, refund of amount shall be done by us within 20 days from the date of receiving the material back after deducting the handling and logistic charges.

7. The course material is non refundable in part or full, and is for end use only, not for resale.

8. In exceptional circumstances, the delivery of material may be delayed or cancelled for which buyer can claim refund only if the material is received back by us.

9. The buyer can cancel the order within first 24 hours from the time of placing the order through email.

10. This course material or part of it is not for resale.
